
Part-Time Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)
Remote or Boston Area | 15 hrs/week
About the Work
We're a boutique consulting firm specializing in human-centered transformation. We work across three areas: strategy development, customer experience transformation, and process operations. You'll get exposure to all of it. Current engagements include work in life sciences and healthcare.
We're looking for a part-time analyst to support client delivery and firm operations. This is a contract-to-hire role—prove the fit, and it grows with us.
What You'll Do
• Build and refine client decks and presentations
• Conduct research (competitive intel, prospect research, industry trends)
• Support client interviews—scheduling, conducting lower-level stakeholder interviews, note-taking
• Update website content (blog posts, career posts)
• General admin/ops as needed
What You Bring
• 1-2 years of experience (internships count if you were doing real work)
• Strong deck-building skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
• Can write clearly—no jargon, no fluff
• Comfortable conducting interviews and talking to clients
• Organized and reliable—you take a task and it comes back done
• Self-directed—doesn't need hand-holding
Nice to Have
• Exposure to consulting, professional services, or client work
• Familiarity with design thinking or human-centered design
• Experience updating websites (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
Role Details
• Type: Contract (1099), with path to permanent
• Hours: 15 hours/week
• Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience
• Location: Remote or Boston-area
• Start: February/March 2026
